Steps To Setting And Achieving Goals

Setting smart goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) and writing them down is important BUT most people then focus all their attention and energy on what they have to give up and how hard reaching goals will be.

Setting And Achieving Goals: Silencing Your Internal Critic

Here's where it gets interesting because when you read your goal statement out loud your internal critic is bound to show up to remind you of all your past failures.
There will probably be a little banter that goes backwards and forwards too -- "I can do that; oh no you can't"

Apply EFT to all those negative emotions, physical symptoms and limiting beliefs you have written down about reaching your goals until you’re at a 0 on everything
